With 3 out of 4 rounds of Long COVID yoga complete, we wanted to take stock and summarise where we are.
The main message is that this is a highly positive experience for people with long COVID. The concern that physical activity, such as yoga, could exacerbate fatigue and other symptoms is not supported by our results. Overwhelmingly, people found the yoga to be helpful across all 4 symptom domains, especially emotional wellbeing.
