Simple flow with a focus on loosening up the muscles in upper spine, and releasing tension in the neck.

A restorative yoga session that you can do with props at home. You'll need about 4 fat books, 2 pillows and 2 cushions. Why not grab a blanket as well?!? Light some candles... settle in :-) Namaste.
