Our expert teachers will guide your staff through a series of tailored yoga postures (Asanas), breathing-techniques to support nervous system regulation and focus (Pranayama), mindful meditation exercises, and hand postures (Mudras) ending with a guided relaxation session.

All in-person classes will include provision, where necessary of equipment. This can include the use of yoga mats, blocks, yoga straps, resistance bands, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows (for deep relaxation).

All classes can be adapted for chair-based practice, appropriate for most office settings.

Online Staff Wellbeing Sessions will feature the same benefits, without the provision of equipment. These classes can be tailored so no specific equipment is necessary, other than a desk chair, or if preferred can be mat-based if your employees have access to a mat.

Hybrid options can be developed to suit the needs of larger workforces which may be based across multiple sites, or have a number of remote employees based in other locations.
